Our Solo account is a basic free account that allows you to make and receive calls through Net-Telco using a compatible SIP phone.
The account allows up to 2 lines so you can use your phones features such as call forward and call waiting.
How do I get a Solo account?
First create an account with Net-Telco and then buy a number or upgrade a free number. Sorry the Solo account is not available for use with free numbers. Then email support@net-telco.net and ask for a Solo account, please remember to include the email address for your Net-Telco account login. We will create the Solo account and email you the details.
Can I have more than 1 Solo account?
Yes. You can have a Solo account for every number you buy. Just email support@net-telco.net with your account email address and another valid email address for the new Solo account and we will create another Solo account and send an email to the new address with the details.
Which phones do you support?
We support all standards compliant SIP phones and ATA's including soft phones. For example: Cisco, Grandstream, Snom, Aastra, Linksys, Polycom, Siemens to name but a few.
If your on a budget why not try one of the available free softphones for Example: Zoiper, X-Lite, SJPhone, Kapanga to name but a few.
