Net-Telco is a trading style of Net-Work Internet Ltd. Net-Work was set up in 1996 and is one of the longest running independent UK based internet and communication service providers. Net-Work was one of the founding members of Nominet the UK domain naming registrar. Net-Work became a private limited company in 1999. In 2003 Net-Work formed the trading brand Net-Voice to develop a business telephone system called Net-PBX based on a VoIP platform. Following on from the commercial success of Net-PBX, Net-Work developed an on-line VoIP termination service which is now known as Net-Telco.

Net-Work Internet is regulated by Ofcom the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries. Net-Work CUPID number is 360.
Net-Work and Net-Telco are also members of Otelo the office of telecommunications ombudsman.
